I love coming in here but the lady behind the counter never smiled and just kept her head down. Very unpleasing. I almost didn't want to continue my order and ho to another one.

Fast, delicious, great drink machine (had probably like 50 types) I also love that they do the lettuce instead of bread for buns, Erika was nice and quick too

No milkshakes at this location for some reason. Didn't even see them on the menu. Fries were still as awesome as ever though.

My food was delicious and hot. Main thing it was correct, as a lot of other locations drop the ball. This location has great customer service and short wait time. Definitely will be returning

After visiting this location i can tell why some people say they don't like Five Guys. For a $16 dollar meal I expect a $16 dollar taste and that's NOT what I got from the waldorf store. The burger had no flavor, the toppings seemed like they could have been fresher, and the fries had absolutely no salt (( the ketchup and malt vinegar didn't even help)). If I would have known it was gonna taste like that, I would have just gone to wendy's 😫. This was my first visit and I highly doubt I'll try this one again.

When it comes to burgers, I have a sensitive stomach. As of late, I've had burgers from Red Robin, Wendy's, and Cadillac Ranch (@the National Harbor) and ended up getting sick--swollen stomach, headache, nausea, etc. I go to Five Guys--no problems whatsoever. (I know this is subjective, but I still think it's relevant to share.) I Googled Five Guys meat supplier and found that they don't use meat with pink slime in it. I'm not saying other places have pink slime in their meat, but I notice a stark difference in how I feel after eating their burgers vs. Five Guys. If I'm going to pay for a burger, I'd prefer to not get sick afterwards. They can be a little pricey ~$8 just for a cheeseburger (double patties), but it's worth it.

The best burgers and fries period. P.s. if you order Cajun fries from a place that's serious about food. Expect Cajun fries

Delicious burgers and fries!

Consistent quality and service nationwide and this location is no different. Great burgers and fries. Only complaint is that a significant number of the peanuts were stale.

Waited over 10 minutes before any of the employees would even acknowledge i was standing there. They weren't even that busy. If i hadn't already pre paid & ordered online i'd a left. But i certainly won't be back.

This is a good five guys. They get the orders out quickly and the fries and burgers are always good. Only thing I would change is getting the newer Coke machines that allow you to create different combinations of drinks and offer greater variety. One of the employee told me they'll be renovating soon and hopefully that'll be part of the upgrade. This also a great location right off of 301 in Waldorf.

Fast, affordable, clean. Limited menu, but good food and LOADS of fries. (Careful of the greasy bags, though.)

Burgers and fries at their simplest and best. Love the extra portion size of fries they dump in the bag just wish they weren't so greasy

Ordered from GrubHub as a pre-order. Originally told ETA would be 45 minutes. After a hour and a half, I called the restaurant. No one could tell me what happened to my order. Wasted 2 hours waiting on an order that got lost. Mistakes happen, but the fact no one could tell me what happened to my order, when it left, or even offer a solution is unprofessional and unacceptable. Will never eat or order from here again.

The food is great! Staff is very unprofessional. I'm sick of bad customer service. A customer should always be greeted, especially before you ask them what they want. Ridiculous! I hope the owner sees this.

Good but expensive- $18 for a burger, drink and fries. It's not that much better than Wendy's but twice as much. Would have given them 5 stars if price was a little more reasonable.

They left the bacon off my bacon cheeseburger but other than that they were fast and friendly

Food is good but I'm starting to feel it's overpriced. Wendys (a good wendys) is just as good and I can get a meal for the price of one burger at Five Guys. Also, its annoying when milk shakes are not labeled. Not sure how 3 people are able to pick the right shake when all three have whip cream on top. Idk. The food is good but it does not justify the cost.

I love this restaurant! They offer splendid meals, their menu is decent, The chef in that restaurant is a professional, I love a lot tasting all their food. The dishes are consistently of high class, the attitude towards the visitors is agreeable. I frequently visit this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.

Service and food was good!

We, my wife and I ordered a couple of cheese burgers and 2 large fries and a hot dog. The food was delicious 😋. There's enough food to feed an Army of hungry people. This place is#1, McDonald's is #10.

It was 5 guys! The store was clean, the 3 ladies working there were very professional and very nice. The food was fresh, hot and our order was correct.
